Our client, a leading financial institution in Malta are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent, working closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1600hrs
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
  • Strong understanding of current job market and recruitment trends
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
Education and Experience
  • Possess an MQF Level 5 qualification or higher in Human Resources, Management, Business Enterprise, Employment Law or any other related subject.
