Zanzi Homes in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager (Real Estate) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for success and a flair for leadership?
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our growing Sales team of 5 Real Estate Sales Agents.

The main responsibilities are:

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team
• Work on sales scripts with agents
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and direct sales team training.

Requirements:

• 1 Year of experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Professional Level of English.
