Our client, who specializes in business support services, is looking for an Property & Office Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;    

  • Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative activities  
  • Scheduling of appointments  
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner  
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners  
  • Assisting in the administration of the condominiums  
  • Issuing employee contracts of employment  
  • Gathering and submitting visa and work permit documentation for employees  
  • Assisting in resolving disputes between employees in the workplace  
  • Guiding staff members on administrative and HR procedures applicable to them  
  • Managing and organizing office files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date  
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Requirements
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Maltese
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Very good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and time management skills
Education and Experience
  • O’Level Standard of Education as a minimum
  • Previous experience in condominium/property management is a must
