Our client, who specializes in business support services, is looking for an Property & Office Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative activities
Scheduling of appointments
Responding to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
Assisting in the administration of the condominiums
Issuing employee contracts of employment
Gathering and submitting visa and work permit documentation for employees
Assisting in resolving disputes between employees in the workplace
Guiding staff members on administrative and HR procedures applicable to them
Managing and organizing office files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Requirements
Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Maltese
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Very good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
Good coordination and time management skills
Education and Experience
O’Level Standard of Education as a minimum
Previous experience in condominium/property management is a must
