Red Acre Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Telesales Agent on a full-time basis. 


Inbound Telesales:
Within our new Telesales Team, you’ll take calls from customers who are keen to experience our client's dazzling digital services. They’ll be eager to hear your voice. With your knowledge of all the amazing things they offer, you won’t let them down.



What we’re looking for:

  • The ability to forge strong relationships – You will be an excellent communicator who’s confident to take on existing, new and potential customers. You’ll also be a great listener;
  • Resilience/ tenacious – You will be open and embrace change. Focused on what each customer needs, you’ll be determined to get to the heart of every situation good or bad;
  • Personalities that are always striving to be the best – You’ll be driven, motivated to thrill all of our customers. Upbeat and enthusiastic about exceeding your targets and helping people along the way;
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service experience/sales is a must;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to solve complex issues while working on their own initiative with a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent organisation skills.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers;
  • Solve complex issues in a timely manner;
  • Meet and achieve targets in place;
  • Manage customer queries through both phones and live chat;
  • Process any orders;
  • Update company database;
  • Additional duties such as admin, training, attending meetings, etc.
