In this job as a Supply Chain Manager, you will form part of the management team. Working closely with the Procurement Manager your main job responsibilities will include:

Coordinating purchasing, warehousing and transport logistics within the local facilities

Sourcing materials, negotiating costs and obtaining quotations, as well as monitoring suppliers

Planning and organising deliveries according to required schedules

Overseeing product storage, handling and distribution

Liaising with the purchasing department as well as store managers to ensure effective ordering of materials and forecasting

Organising export shipments and preparing the associated documentation

Education & Experience

  • A Degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Logistics and Procurement
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Local experience in handling supply chain and local imports/export regulations


  • A strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Excellent leadership skills aimed at motivating the team
  • Highly developed communication skills both in Maltese and English in order to translate complex supply chain issues to parties involved
