Our client is looking to recruit for a Supply Chain Business Partner vacancy in Malta. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the procurement process and sourcing products and services
  • Identifying cost saving opportunities, negotiating contracts and managing vendors’ performance
  • Identifying opportunities with regards to costs, quality and lead-time improvements
  • Selecting suppliers and take part in lead supplier negotiations
  • Issuing tender documents
  • Managing negotiations and contracts with suppliers on local agreements in line with global strategies
  • Planning, monitoring and maintaining the utilisation of all available resources


Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a logistics or procurement executive
  • Advanced Diploma in a relevant field would be considered an asset
  • Fluency in written and verbal English, Fluency in Maltese is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP systems will be advantageous

  • Be creative, dynamic, result-oriented and a good team player
  • An eye for detail and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and time-management skills
