Parts Manager

Our client, a well-established group in Malta is looking for an experienced Parts Manager. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the daily activities and staff of the parts and stores department
  • Optimising and improving sales and profitability in line with the organisation’s targets
  • Leading and supporting staff to ensure they are motivated, and actively participate in their training and development needs
  • Managing and developing relationship with suppliers to maintain efficient and effective stock levels
  • Drafting of new business plans, set pricing for parts and participate in annual budgeting
  • Improving and developing new warehousing systems for lean management and efficiency to ensure service levels are met at all times
  • Overseeing part inventories, stock levels, and turnover ratios in relation to demand and business trends
  • Updating and introducing new procedures to enhance processes and operations

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelors Degree / Masters in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
  • High IT proficiency is a must


  • Excellent Leadership and motivating skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Budgeting and project management skills
