PTL Ltd in Malta is seeking to recruit a Stores Administrator to manage its stores at its offices on a full-time basis. Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Technical Solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for all the stock inventory procedures, ensuring proper storage of stock items and tools, monitoring and re-ordering as required while maintaining accurate manual and computer records. The Stores Administrator is expected to handle all warehousing-related administrative duties and responsibilities including occasional off-site deliveries if required.
The position calls for a technically minded, energetic and organized individual with a good understanding of inventory control and the ability to pre-empt any potential stock shortages through the proper administration of the inventory tools and the interpretation of data provided.
