As our Social Media & Online Community Specialist, you will develop the voice of our company, by creating meaningful engagement with our current and potential customers through our social media platforms and constantly strive to increase brand engagement.
The successful candidate will develop, own and administer our social media marketing strategy across all appropriate social channels (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & Linked In) – with an emphasis on building trust, engagement, driving acquisition, retention, brand building and customer service.
You will be part of a team which ensures that it is constantly daring, current and a source of viral content. The communication with our end users on social media is a way of establishing our brand, communicating our brand values and educating our user base on new features. If you’re curious, responsive, articulate and full of ideas you will thrive in this position and environment.
Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, sales, marketing or computer science;
A strong understanding of web analytics tools and evidence of using these to improve the customer journey and drive traffic to the website;
Experience and understanding of implementing PPC, SEM and SEO strategies;
A proactive and commercial approach showing drive and ambition with a results-orientated focus;
Good communication skills, be self-confident, have the ability to work independently, be self-disciplined and have strong persuasive skills;
Commercial ability to gather and interpret online information to guide successful business decisions;
Passion for the Internet and should have the interest to stay updated on the latest online development.

Sales seminars by consultants or online internet marketing courses;
Creative experience and skills (esp. Photoshop).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and optimize the social media strategy to increase brand development, customer acquisition/growth strategy, promotions and competitions, video, imagery & infographic creation, customer engagement, and conversion;
Engaging with influencers and online brand ambassadors;
