Shipping and Administration Executive

Within this Shipping and Administration Executive position you will form part of a growing team within a well established company in the FMCG industry.  Main duties will be as follows:

• Nurturing relationship with suppliers and service providers
• Negotiating for quotes when needed
• Coordination of shipments from abroad:  directly from the suppliers or upon arrival at the Freeport
• Following up with Customs
• Working product costing
• Liaising internally with relevant departments
• Preparation of shipping documents
• Getting quotes from service providers as needed
• Data Inputting of purchase orders and stock receipts
• Supporting with general administrative duties
   

Education and Experience

• Experience within the shipping industry is ideal with direct experience in customs clearance a must.
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Good command of Maltese and English is needed
• A clean police conduct
• In possession of a driving license
