APCO Limited is seeking a Service Desk Agent
to support its diverse customer base.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Customer Delivery Executive, the Service Desk Agent will be responsible for logging calls from clients within the ticket management system. The Service Desk Agent will also be expected to provide basic technical support to clients and internal administrative assistance, as required.
The Service Desk Agent will be taking on administrative duties to support in the two key areas of the organisation – customer experience and service as well as administration, finance and logistics.

Preferred candidates will be expected to have experience in customer support or technical support, and will also possess a background in customer service experience. The chosen applicant shall have:
- a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and should be able to discuss technical matters with clients in a non-technical language;
- a good command of both spoken and written Maltese and English;
- a polite and professional manner over the phone;
- the aptitude to learn and support new and rapidly-changing technologies;
- the ability to work under pressure, and
- familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products (especially Microsoft Office).
The position is being offered on a fixed term contract of six months. However, an extension to an indefinite contract may be considered.
