Full Time Experienced

In this role of Quality Supervisor, you will be leading a team of technical coordinators and junior scientists and your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that personal and team objectives align with key GBU initiatives
  • Organising, planning and executing product changes in compliance with international regulations and quality standards
  • Coordinating and setting up cross-functional team meetings to ensure change execution, problem-solving and decision making
  • Employing project management tools to manage project schedules and budgets, reviewing and applying best-demonstrated practices, team processes, and improving operational efficiency
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues and improving project timelines 
  • Summarising and reporting results to the Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Preparing technical protocols and reports 

Education and Experience

  • An advanced Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Pharmaceuticals 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken



  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical writing proficiency
  • Able to lead technical projects 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
