This position is responsible for sourcing new business, quoting and closing sales, relationship development, and account management.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Develop support and increase the Radio Communications Sales business
- Qualify and engage clients
- Scope client needs and provide quotes for suitable products and solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and quickly establish rapport with a range of clients from different industries
- Follow up on leads and quotes, actively working to close sales
- Collect and report on sales trends to assist the wider company
- Maintain CRM, ensuring the sales process is well-documented and details are accurate
- Maintain regular contact with clients and prospective clients
- Identify and act on opportunities to “up-sell” or expand solution offerings beyond the original relationship (such as equipment servicing and rentals, not just sales)
As you no doubt expect in a sales role one of the key skills we are looking for in this role is a proven ability to “identify and execute” new business. We are looking for a Sales Executive who is highly customer-focused and able to think of innovative solutions and find opportunities in new markets. You must have a positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to extend and develop your product knowledge on an ongoing basis. Your desire to prove yourself and contribute to the strong team is going to be fundamental to your success.You will need:

- Proven successful Sales experience
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and solutions
- The ability to identify and sell recurring business
- A valid, clean driver’s license
- Ability to identify a new clients and market sectors and know how to approach them effectively
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment which requires swift response times
- The ability to produce accurate reports and forecast opportunities
