Sales & Business Development

A new FMCG Sales Executive role is now available within the FMCG industry. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Meeting potential new and existing B2C & B2B clients hailing from various industries
  • Assisting with negotiation meetings for shelving space agreements and assisting with the company's sales plan
  • Filtering all new sales requests and assigning sales targets to distributors and sales administrators accordingly
  • Attending weekly sales and business development meetings
  • Monitoring competition and analyzing sales trends respectively 
  • Preparing and presenting reports related to measuring efficiency of subordinates
  • Maintaining consistent contact with customers and presenting proposals for sales promotion, renewal of contracts etc
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels - resolving emerging issues in a timely manne
  • Developing and implementing initiatives and procedures in accordance to the company's objectives to help the company achieve and exceed annual sales objectives

Experience & Education 

  • Diploma/Degree level of education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the FMCG industry in the capacity of sales / business development
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Office apps
  • In possession of a clean driving license


  • Highly goal oriented with excellent negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving skills and drive to succeed
  • Possess good analytical and presentation skills
