Business Development Manager

Working alongside the Business Development Director, as the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Strategically planning the outreach of new business/client engagement
  • Presenting the company’s products and services through networking, cold-calling, and online channels
  • Leading the sales cycle process, negotiating and attending to both client and company expectations, valuing retention of new and existing businesses 
  • Communicating closely with both the Account Management Team and Sales Team to ensure a clear transition from sales to business management
  • Keeping abreast with the market and developing job knowledge on all services provided 
  • Liaising with the Marketing Team in improving content strategies tailored to the niche of both the products/services and target audience/business
  • Managing the necessary documentation and administrative duties for all business/client proposals

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience and proven track record in business development or a sales function is a must, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools, and Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal use of English
  • Financial industry knowledge and background is considered a strong asset

Remuneration

  • Basic salary + commission
