Our client is an established player in the services industry with a diversified portfolio of activities. They are currently looking for a new Sales Account Executive to join their energetic team. Whilst reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively pursuing and developing new leads
  • Managing customer portfolio and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Liaising with the respective in-house departments to ensure client’s needs are met
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both the client’s and company’s expectations 
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 
  • Carrying out cold calls in order to create interest in products and service
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending company and client events
  • Preparing client quotations and administering client accounts
  • Keeping up to date with market conditions and competitive positioning

Skills & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • Above average communication and negotiation skills
  • Having a strong commitment to win and possess a drive to meet goals
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Having a good understanding of business acumen
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written Maltese and English communication skills is a must

Apart from the basic salary, the role includes commission and incentives.
