In this position of a Digital Sales Specialist you would be responsible for:-
Identifying challenges that prospective customers face and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals;
Consistently securing new revenue at or above pre-established objectives;
Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders so as to create new business opportunities;
Nurturing relationships with small and medium-sized companies;
Working with the marketing and technology teams to devise new features, products and tools;
Helping to shape the future of the company with your perspective, ideas, and skills.
Experience and Skills
Proven track record of high achievement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Maltese would also be preferred
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with colleagues who help you to be better;
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals;
Naturally curious and passionate;
The technical aptitude to master sales tools;
A consolidated competitive and ethical nature;
Highly self-driven sense of motivation;
The ability to see objections and rejection as opportunities.
A diploma or degree in digital marketing or digital selling would be an asset
Must In possession of a valid EU driving licence
Currently living in Malta
The successful candidate would benefit from specialised training, he/ she would also have use of a company car, which can be used for personal use.
The salary is a package which would include Basic + Commission and candidates would be expected to earn in excess of 30K+ per year
