Due to expansion and increasing demand for their software, PaperLess Europe is currently seeking a full-time Sales Executive (English Speaking) who will join their Maltese head office and be part of the PaperLess success.

Recruitment will initially be on a fixed term contract basis, with the real possibility of indefinite contract depending on performance analysis. You must be results-oriented and be able to work to a plan, meeting the targets agreed with the company manager.

They are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with proven experience in promoting IT Products in the UK Market. The duties of the post will consist of analyzing and contacting potential clients in the UK market to promote the company, follow-up on leads received, perform online demonstrations of the software and follow-up on potential clients to generate sales. To be successful you must be able to build and deepen a relationship with potential clients, identifying their main needs so that our Business Developers can present the solution more suitable to their needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in promoting and selling IT Products
  • Call Center experience is an advantage
  • Ability to think and communicate quickly
  • Excellent and articulated speech over the phone
  • Results-oriented and target driven
  • Excellent English Level (Other languages are a bonus)
  • Able to handle pressure and deal with clients objections and rejection
  • Able to create different and innovative approaches to potential clients, that ensure the success of the campaigns
  • Demonstrable IT Skills (less qualifications can be compensated with more appropriate experience)
  • Experience with MS Office software
  • Previous working experience with accounting systems would be an advantage
  • Experience in similar positions is a desire, but strong motivation can compensate for any perceived lack of experience in this.
