Within this job as a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager whilst forming part of a team focusing on administration and back-office sales and events duties. Main responsibilities are as follows :
- General administrative duties
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Conducting research, preparing statistical reports and data collection
- Assisting with preparation for reports and proposals
- Generating group and/or corporate leads
- Liaising with team members within different departments, Clients and Suppliers
- Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as well as taking minutes
- Preparing sales-related documents i.e information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with an element of flexibility over weekends and Public Holidays
Education and Experience
- O-Level standard of Education or higher
- 2 years of experience in catering and/or events is a must
- Professional level of English is a must both verbal and written
- Native level of Maltese is seen as preferable
- Possession of driving licence

- Possess good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in an organized manner and to prioritise the workload
- Ability to work within a team
