The Role:

  • Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.

What we are looking for:
  • People fluent in Maltese and English;
  • A passion for meeting and greeting customers;
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships;
  • A proactive person who can work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team.
