Our client, an institute that specializes in providing accredited and tailored made courses, is looking to recruit an Receptionist and Back Office Administrator to join their team.
- General reception duties including the answering of incoming calls, emails and greeting guests
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Issuing Admission Letters to students
- Following up on general enquiries on courses on Facebook and other social media pages
- Liaise with the business development team to following up outstanding documentation and assist in the collection of enrollment documentation
- General office duties including the maintaining of office supplies
- A minimum of an A-level standard of education
- Previous experience in a similar role would be required
- Must have excellent organisation skills and ready to work alone and at times under some pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
