Process Manager

A job vacancy for a Process Manager is available in Malta. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing day to day production of a defined manufacturing process
• Ensuring finished products exceed customer expectations on quality, cost and delivery
• Leading and empowering high-performance teams
• Demonstrating operational leadership and excellence
• Driving continuous improvement through identifying, assessing and analyzing OEE and opportunities for achieving operational excellence
• Leading and facilitating Lean and Kaizen manufacturing techniques to further develop a culture of continuous improvement
• Developing current and future site maps which drive safety, quality, delivery and cost productivity improvements

Education and Experience

• A relevant Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required
• A solid background in Process/ Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Continuous Improvement
• A minimum of 5 years experience in leading teams in a local manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to train, coach and mentor employees

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to challenge conventional work practices and establish new, lean ways of working as routine
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Professional fluency in English, Maltese is considered an asset
