SASMAR Pharmaceuticals is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who will play an integral role as Personal Assistant/Communications to the CEO on a full-time basisYou will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to his working life and also assist in the group corporate communications and selective HR requirements for the group. This position is available at our new Headquarters in Malta.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact with internal employees and external clients and stakeholders
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and professionally
  • Manage agenda and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Provide support with calendar scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Confidential Document Preparation
  • Drafting corporate communication and press releases
  • Communicate with editors and stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain the company network filing system
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients.



Requirements:

  • Approachable, friendly and professional
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Up to date knowledge of IT systems, office tools and applications
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English, Maltese and other European languages an advantage
  • Experience in public relations, marketing and/or communication an advantage.
