Administrative & Clerical

Mediterrania Capital Partners Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant and Administrator to join their team on a full/part-time basis. The starting date of this role will be on the 1st of August 2020. 

Duties include:

  • Prepare expenses and organise all admin around it;
  • File all expenses and admin work;
  • Prepare and coordinate company filing of all legal documentation and Investments with the worldwide team;
  • Organism and schedule meetings;
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes;
  • Answer and screening calls;
  • Manage the diaries and schedules;
  • Liaise with clients and business guests;
  • Project and event coordination;
  • Book business travel arrangements;
  • Oversee office correspondence;
  • Liaise with other executives on behalf of your manager;
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • A calm and professional manner;
  • Excellent administration and computer skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work;
  • The ability to use your own initiative;
  • Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information;
  • Time management skills;
  • The ability not to flap in a stressful situation;
  • Knowledge of the latest Microsoft software;
  • Ability to research and find information for your company.
