Logistics and Operations Manager


JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB LEVEL: Experienced

Within this job as a Logistics and Operations Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for all the operations and logistics necessary for the organization of all events carried out by the company. Main duties are as follows:

  • Responsible for all of the logistics, coordination, and organization of the company's events with regards to venues, equipment, suppliers, staffing, catering, and transport among others
  • Compile proposals for events including time frames, legal obligations, permits and budgets
  • Attend client meetings for briefing, site visits and follow-ups 
  • Assist in event planning of site layouts and designs
  • Schedule and manage staff, temporary workers and performers
  • Ensure that all events planned have the necessary insurance and permits, and that they adhere to legislations
  • Nurturing building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Liaising internally with management on ongoing events and post mortem of past events

Education and Experience

  • A’ Level standard of education 
  • Professional level of English is a must both verbal and written
  • Native level of Maltese is seen as preferable 
  • 3 years of experience within an event management / team-building / event coordinator role is necessary
  • In possession of a clean Driving Licence is a must  


  • Physically fit for the role with a passion for outdoors
  • Creative and good problem solver 
  • Adventurous and a team player
