Office Administrator - Malta

Within this Office Administrator job you will offer back office support to the Administration Team. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating office activities
  • Offering administrative support to the team
  • Diary Management
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms
  • Managing customer queries and handling correspondence
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
  • Assisting as necessary in other administrative duties

Education and Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • A minimum 'A' level of Education or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of MS Applications
  • Previous clerical and/or administration experience
  • Currently living in Malta


  • Strong organisational skills
  • Polite and Mature attitude
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work
  • Attentive to detail and possess the ability to work on your own initiative
