An Office Administrator position is currently available with a company in Malta providing advisory services to clients. They are looking for someone to work full time, and someone to work on a part-time basis either morning or evenings. 

Responsibilities:

  • Filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents for both company and clients
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior managers of the company
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining vacation and sick leave
  • Managing office supplies, stock and placing orders

Skills and Experience: 

  • A minimum of 1 year of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Can work independently and within a team
