Optimizer Invest Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Office & Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. 


Who we are & the role: 
Our expertise lies within creating value in the online consumer industry. We seek out investment opportunities in start-up stages with strong business cases, which will thrive with the right methods and tools provided by us. Our investment focus is fintech, iGaming and lead generation. As the role title suggests, we are looking for the right candidate to provide administrative support to our small team in our office in Malta. 


Responsibilities: 

  • General management of the office and ensure that a pleasant working environment is maintained;
  • Provide direct secretarial, administrative and support to the Team;
  • Act as the main contact for all office-related matters and coordinate matters accordingly;
  • Manage relationships with third parties including but not limited to partners, suppliers, service providers and other office managers and liaising with such parties;
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Organize daily lunches for the Team;
  • Be willing to take errands outside the office;
  • Act as a representative of the Company as and when required;
  • Any other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & experience: 

  • The English language is essential, both fluency in spoken and written English;
  • General IT literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Experience in similar roles would be considered as an asset.
