A Communication & PR Executive is currently available with a highly reputable medium sized organisation in financial services.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of an effective communications strategy based on the Unit's target audience
  • Writing, Editing and distributing content including publications, press releases, website contents, annual reports, speeches and other Marketing campaigns
  • Develop media relations
  • Responding and Coordinating PQ's
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with journalists and maintain a media database
  • Coordinate publicity events
  • Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics
  • Build public relationships strategies that influence public opinion and promote the unit
  • Recommending techniques to improve the Units Public Image
  • Proof read Internal, External communications and Publications

Experience & Education

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree or MQF Level 6 or better in Communications or comparable professional qualification
  • Proven working experience of minimum of 3 years in a communications and/or marketing environment
  • Have experience in content writing
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills both in English and Maltese
  • Proficiency in working knowledge in using design and publishing software and MS Office Applications


  • Have a Creative Mind
  • Have strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Have excellent communication skills
