Marketing Product Manager

A new job vacancy for a Marketing Product Manager is available in Malta. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop a trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives
• Track monthly sales, analyze performance and propose alternate business strategies or actions to improve profitability
• Maintain healthy business relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Review and report on key performance indicators
• Conducting market research on existing and new products and comparing with competition 
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Identify new opportunities for new Marketing Strategies and Product Launches

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant area
• 3-5 year experience in a marketing role, experience within FMCG would be considered an asset
• Good knowledge and understanding of the local market
• Strong acumen in branding and experience working with market research data

• Analytical Mindset
• Professional fluency in English is required
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive approach in proposing new ideas and out of the box thinking
