Service Manager


JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB LEVEL: Experienced

Within this role of a Service Manager you will be making sure of a smooth operation within this automotive workshop, dealing with clients and leading a team. Main duties will be as follows:

  • Manage, plan and organize the daily work of the service garage and bodyshop
  • Monitor and evaluate the processes and performance
  • Supervise, motivate and mentor the team
  • Dealing with clients face to face, emails and over the phone
  • Handle client complaints
  • Assist with reporting needs

Education and Experience

  • Experience within a workshop in the automotive industry is a must
  • O’ Level standard of education or better is required
  • IT savvy:  Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of Maltese and English is needed


  • Organized and able to prioritize
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication across all levels
  • Knowledge of cars and maintenance needs

This Service Manager position is within the automotive workshop of a well-established importer on the island.
