One of our clients, a leader in the automotive sector in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations and Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
- Train and coach the team in sales and ensure that targets are met and exceeded;
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members;
- Ensure that the operations are efficient and running smoothly;
- Ensure that any customer service issues are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner;
- Monitor, lead, and manage team members working on a seven-day rotating roster.
- 3+ years previous experience in the car rental industry with a strong customer service orientation;
- Proven leadership and management experience in multi-location and/or large volume business;
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Maltese would be an asset;
- Decision-maker with an analytical mind;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a people person;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
