Within this job as a Brand Manager you will be in charge of managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain, both tangible and intangible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising growth by analysing the brand and its’ current strategy and seeking out new marketing opportunities to improve and resolve areas of weaknesses
- Creating a brand plan & strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or company's marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand
- Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
- Managing the overall marketing of the brand by developing a high quality and effective marketing strategy
- Preparing realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand while analysing sales, stock data and merchandise purchasing accordingly
- Meeting regularly with directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences
- Working closely with different departments of the company, ensuring the understanding and meeting of the commercial goals of the brand
- Managing external relations and ensuring the preparation and upholding of a yearly budget with the clients and/or partners
- Assisting with product development and pricing by liaising logistics with suppliers when necessary
Education and Experience
This vacancy requires:
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Maltese
- Proficiency in IT applications, including MS Office
- A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail and a flair in sales, strategy development and project management
