Project Leader

In the position of Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading projects within the product labeling program from initiation to project closure. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Developing and writing project scope summary description based on the project requirements
• Determining the execution strategy in the change management system 
• Developing change plans activities and monitoring activity closure
• Creating and managing schedules to track projects 
• Collaborating with global manufacturing plants to implement project scope
• Facilitating meetings to resolve project conflicts
• Monitoring and controlling projects throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate and eliminate risks, resolve issues, schedule delays, and resource constraints 
   

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or change management 
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries would be preferred
• Understanding of labeling and data management system would be an asset
• Excellent level of English both written and spoken
• Living in Malta with an EU Passport
