Our client an established business in the retail & distribution business, are looking for a Head of Sales & Operations
to join their team on a full-time basis.
- Planning and executing sales and marketing
- Developing product development programs
- Member of management/leadership team
- Enhance the organisation’s reputation
- Manage the sales team
- Be the main point of contact with suppliers and customers
- Nurture and maintain existing business relationships
- Negotiating and closing on major contracts
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Identify new business and sales opportunities local & overseas
- Complete market research including knowing the competition
- Understand customer trends and analyse results
- Forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
- Develop an operating budget
- Improving and exploiting organizational efficiency
- Participate in and lead sales training initiatives
- Communicate the progress regularly initiatives, sales leads and performance to management
- Keep updated with local funding opportunities and relative legal and other statutory requirements.

- To be able to demonstrable experience in sales
- Experience in marketing and leading a sales team
- Have a sound understanding of the competition in the market
- A willingness and aptitude to learn
