About the job:
The Junior Legal & Compliance Advisor will be helping the team to deal with cases from drafting and revising agreements, researching domestic and foreign law, contribute to the licensing and certification processes of their software solutions, and ensure the company’s compliance in various business matters.


Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to the provision of games and solutions to the online gambling industry;
• Work closely with involved parties and departments within the group;
• Provide legal and regulatory advice for contract negotiations, general corporate matters, and new business ventures;
• Provide compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements and assess their potential impact;
• Coordinating and liaising with internal and external counterparties;
• Build and maintain legal and compliance databases;
• Implement corporate changes and regulatory requirements;
• Actively participate in the due diligence and license verification process with counterparties;
• Administration of the gaming software certification/evaluation reports and other related documents;
• Review, update and disseminate legal & compliance reports, policies and procedures.

• University Degree in Law;
• Fluency in English;
• At least one year of legal experience;
• Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence with minimal supervision;
• Excellent legal knowledge and analytical skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
