A Legal Counsel position is currently available with an international company, having an office in Malta and is focused on providing services to iGaming operators.


  • Drafting and reviewing third party contracts and agreements 
  • Providing the required legal support for the Malta office and even for the different jurisdictions
  • Handling corporate law matters
  • Providing advice in relation to legal requirements 
  • Ensuring that the company is operating in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitoring any changes in legislation which would affect the companies' operation
  • Acting as Company Secretary when required
  • Any other duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • You must be a fully qualified and Warranted Lawyer, recognised locally
  • A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry will be considered a strong asset


  • Capable of working on your own initiative in a small office
  • Organised and a hands-on approach to work
  • Capable of communicating at different levels of the organisation and within different jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
