We’re looking for commercially driven and business savvy individual to work alongside our Managing Director in a pivotal supporting capacity. We require someone who can drive organisational efficiency and be a vital sounding board to Senior Leadership Team.

The Zecure Operations Manager is a key role within the Zecure Gaming set-up with high visibility across the Group. Working alongside our Commercial Director for Zecure, you will be at the heart of our Divisional Operations. We’ll expect a lot but in turn provide you with an amazing opportunity of senior level exposure within a highly competitive and successful Global company.

You won’t find many roles as high profile in the business. You’ll be pivotal in helping shape the vision for the Zecure Gaming division at Betsson, facilitating operational efficiency and growth. You will learn the inner most workings of our business and be at the very forefront of the commercial decisions that matter.

You enjoy being hands-on and do well in fast-paced environments where deadlines can be short and workload high. Great collaboration and social skills are a must, as well as being savvy about data and analytics. You have excellent time management and communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have a university degree. You will have experience of the gaming industry or come from a business-oriented environment like management consulting, investment banking or a high growth start-up. You know how to implement strategies to improve business processes and can recommend, manage and drive solutions beneficial to all stakeholders.

You are expected to manage projects efficiently, using tools like Wiki, Jira etc.

• Support the Zecure Commercial Director and management team to ensure smooth operation and collaboration between the Commercial, Marketing and product departments.
• Ownership of weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign planning and executional processes, ensuring teams are in line with the planning calendar and communication is clear.
• Following up on weekly tasks assigned to commercial stakeholders.
• Support ongoing commercial projects into key areas of interest for the Commercial Director within marketing road maps, process optimisation, strategy initiatives, operational tasks
• Identify improvement areas, aimed at streamlining operations
• Building strong processes between the Zecure commercial team and central supporting services such as Customer Services, responsible Gaming, Central VIP, payment operations and fraud.
• Support the Commercial director in delivering budget and strategy reports and presentations to Betsson CEO.
• Creating and implementing processes, report templates and strategy formats across the Zecure Gaming team
• Ensure strategic communication is communicated timely and efficiently
• Creating and running discussion groups, best practice forums and create templates for the creation of toolkits
• Running recurrent meetings, ensuring agendas are useful, discussions are recorded, decisions are communicated and action items are followed upon
• Participate in different ongoing cross-departmental business projects in the organization
• Support the Commercial Director with preparing presentations for Senior Leadership and employees
• Deliver material, information and other valuable insights to Senior Leadership when needed
• Strive to be at the forefront of working more agile with modern tools as support
