Our well established payments company is actively seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat and phone
• Keep up to date with best in practice guidelines
• Setup various clients on the platform and train them on how to use applications
• Provide excellent troubleshooting for clients and their issues
• Resolve issues that you can resolve, escalate those you can not
• Work with vendors and third party suppliers as needed
• Prepare documentation for tools and processes
