Our growing IT Solutions client is actively recruiting for an IT Support Specialist that is ready to start their IT career. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and grow. They will have the motivation and enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in a growing team.

Paid On-Call from time to time is required

Responsibilities:

  • Use your positive and customer focused attitude to provide exceptional 1st line support
  • Work within your team to ensure operations are continuous
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various IT equipment, network devices and other IT systems in accordance with the IT policies and procedures
  • Provide and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support and maintain the client’s desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, desk phones, mobile devices and any other equipment which falls within the IT’s inventory
  • Support and train various end users 
  • Visit on-site for support required
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Eager to grow and learn as much as possible in IT
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Maltese preferred
  • Excellent client facing skills
Education & Experience
  • MCAST Diploma 5+ would be considered an asset
