Our client, a leading software house company, is on the lookout for a Technical Support Officer to join their team in Malta.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Support can be offered remotely, via telephone or email as well as onsite when needed;
- Coordinating with the IT team to make sure client IT infrastructure is operating well;
- Troubleshooting connection issues, providing access to data, slow performance etc.
