Technical Support Officer

Our well-established client in the legal services sector is looking for an Technical Support Officer to join their growing team in Malta. 

The candidate will be reporting and assisting the IT manager and will be responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and providing technical support.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve system and network problems.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users via face-to-face or over the phone.
• Assist in launching and testing of new software; install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Maintain an IT asset inventory, set up new user accounts. , replace parts as required,
• Prioratize and respond with agreed timeline and also provide procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Establish a good working relationship with users and other professionals within the industry.
• Any other related tasks as deemed necessary from time to time.
