Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1st line support on mobiles, smart watches, peripherals and various other hardware.
- Assisting customers with technical queries on mobile phone devices.
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English
- High attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Good computer skills
