Technical Operations Officer

Our client is on the lookout for a Technical Operations Officer to join their growing team. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Liaising with third-party payment providers and assisting them with any technical issues;
• Assisting clients with any integration issues;
• Opening, analyzing and escalation of tickets;
• Assisting the Manager when needed, to ensure all settlement reports are produced and posted within the timeframe;
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.

• Excellent command of English.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner.
• Previous work experience in a similar role.

• Minimum O'level standard of education or any other educational course within the IT field.
