Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to coordinate and handle incidents and ensure that all IT Issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing
Act as a Level 1 support for user queries
Track and escalate incidences as they come in
Provide support through email, calls and a Service Management Tool
Be comfortable working with clients and in an international setting
Assist stakeholders with managing assets, including stock and spare inventory.
Collaborate with the customer and support teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.
Requirements
2 years experience in IT Support or a Help Desk Role
Experience with IT service Management tools
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication written and verbally in English
Must be eligible to work legally in the EU
