Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Does leading, motivating, and guiding technical teams to maintain a high level of performance, motivate you?
In this role, you will need to coordinate and plan the delivery of services to Business Customers in the areas of LAN/Wifi Internal Infrastructure, Multiline Telephony & Hotel installations. You will be working closely with various internal teams to plan, prioritize and deliver such high-end services to customers within the stipulated contracted time, as well as supervising the support of these services once they go live.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Instil a customer service culture within the team
  • Project coordination from design, installation & acceptance of customer installs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal teams, so that the Service Delivery process is executed smoothly and in a timely fashion with correct planning and prioritization
  • Configuration and support of routers, switches and APs
  • Configuration and support of Voice Gateways for Fixed Multiline Telephony services
  • Configuration and support of TV systems used in Hotel installations.


Requirements:

  • Time management is of the utmost priority
  • The ability to solve problems and take own initiative
  • Good communication skills to understand what needs to be done and convey it to others with a motivating attitude, especially when there is a need for change
  • Minimum of CISCO qualification in networking.
  • Having worked in a similar leadership role for at least 2 to 3 years will be considered an asset.
