O-TECH in Malta is looking to recruit a driven and motivated Junior Technical Support to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for daily technical support to various internal teams and assisting IT team leaders with the flow and scheduled completion of tasks and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Technical support to Internal Teams with any functionality difficulty;
Technical support to Sales teams, resellers, and distributors;
Technical assistance to research analysts;
Testing of functionalities according to pre-established schedule monitoring and reporting on system usage and IT issues;
Drawing up weekly reports;
Producing technical project descriptions;
Documenting and monitoring technical support interventions within an established ticketing system.
Data Control:
Data monitoring using SQL;
Creating internal dashboards to monitor data;
Creating an internal process for data cleanup.
Qualifications and Assets:
Positive attitude;
Customer-oriented, team player with strong verbal communication skills;
Goal-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
Possess strong written skills with the ability to document accurately and efficiently, attention to detail;
Fluent in written English;
ECDL;
Excellent knowledge of SQL.
