Junior IT Support Officer

Our client, Malta’s leading company in printing and office solutions, is seeking for a IT Support Officer to join the Print Solutions team. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Install, customize and support print control software;
• Scanning software, together with the design and implementation of such software as per client requirements;
• Bring first-line IT Support;
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults;
• Prioritize and resolve tickets;
• Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment;
• Respond to all call-outs in a timely fashion.

This role would be ideal for candidates that would want to get into IT with a diploma level. The right candidate should be a team player with a proactive approach to work and enjoy working from the office.

• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written;
• Maltese driving license (Car will be provided);
• 1 year of experience in Infraestructure (1st line support);

• IT Bachelor Degree preferably.

• All training will be provided
