Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Junior ICT Support to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
As a Junior ICT Support, you will be part of the ICT team, and shall be responsible for the running of the company’s day-to-day end-user software and hardware support and will work closely with other members of the ICT team, both on minor and major projects.

Main Duties:
Day-to-day end-user software support
Hardware installation and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop devices
Fault finding and handling
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required
Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within the agreed service levels
Assist in the timeliest manner according to internal SLAs
Assist in procurement of equipment.
Job Requirements:
Good understanding of basic IT terminology
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Analytical/Logical thinking
Ability to troubleshoot PC/Printer/Network related faults
Aptitude and willingness to learn
Flexible and adaptable
Client-Centric Approach
Ability to read and follow manuals
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Working within a compliant environment (GDPR) and ensuring that compliance requirements are met
Previous experience in helpdesk or other IT Support roles & any IT-related qualifications will score additional points.
