IT Technician

Job Description
IZIBET in Malta is looking to recruit an IT Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.

The right candidate will be reporting directly to the IT & Technical Manager. This position requires an individual to provide professional technical support on gaming terminals, company IT platforms and to service and maintain its hardware and software. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support on various types of gaming terminals (hardware & software);
• Providing general IT support for all desktop systems (hardware & software);
• Maintaining the hardware and software in all outlets at the best level of standards;
• Providing technical support, including servicing and maintenance of the Bingo system and equipment;
• Taking care of backups and restore operations.

Requirements:

• Have previous proven experience in IT support and in Casino environment;
• Possess MCAST or other related ICT areas of specialization;
• Be familiar with Windows operating systems;
• Be familiar with TCP/IP configurations (IPv4);
• Possess handling skills of electronic devices and components;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays when the need arises;
• Be discrete and confidential;
• Be flexible and self-motivated;
• Be in possession of a valid driving license;
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
